We have an open opportunity to join our Data & Innovation team at Vitae Group as a Junior Operations and Data Analyst 🚀

Vitae Group is a global insurance and benefits brokerage and consulting firm, headquartered in Miami with operations in São Paulo. Our Innovation & Data area works directly on optimizing internal processes, automation, dashboards, system integrations, and providing technological support to teams, contributing to more efficient operations and a better experience for our clients.

About the opportunity – Junior Operations and Data Analyst

The person who fills this position will have a very cross-functional role within the company, supporting different areas through data, automation, technology, and continuous process improvement.

We are looking for someone with an analytical, organized, and hands-on profile, who can easily handle different day-to-day demands, communicate well with non-technical teams, and is interested in growing in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. The position involves constant interaction with areas such as Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and HR, directly contributing to operational efficiency and the evolution of the company's internal tools.

Main responsibilities:

✔️ Creation and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI
✔️ Development of operational reports and monitoring of indicators
✔️ Operational configuration in Salesforce (fields, products, insurance companies, templates, dashboards, and reports)
✔️ Building automations using low-code platforms
✔️ Incremental support in projects led by the senior technical team
✔️ Support for internal users with questions related to systems, access, and corporate tools
✔️ Support in onboarding and offboarding processes, including access and system configuration
✔️ Interface with external suppliers when necessary for specialized support

Requirements

🔹 Intermediate Power BI
🔹 Operational experience with Salesforce
🔹 Knowledge of low-code platforms such as n8n and/or Make
🔹 Basic/intermediate Python for automation and data manipulation
🔹 Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows
🔹 Experience with technical support and system troubleshooting
🔹 Familiarity with AI applications focused on productivity and automation
🔹 Basic programming logic and SQL concepts
🔹 Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
🔹 Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar
